find your inner warrior! Plenty of Warrior I, Warrior II and Warrior III integrated into this class! This tends to be a more challenging class simply because there are so many standing postures that we tend to hold.

Grab a cup of tea or coffee and your favorite journal to chat with your yoga friends. No need to worry about what we chat about as I will facilitate a lively conversation based upon a set topic. We will conclude with an affirmation card draw and mini meditation.
