an inspiring, thought-provoking class jam packed with movement. Movements are linked with breath: every inhale is a movement and every exhale is a movement. We will flow and grow together.
following yoga for ~30 min. on designated days
Grab a cup of tea or coffee and your favorite journal to chat with your yoga friends. No need to worry about what we chat about as I will facilitate a lively conversation based upon a set topic. We will conclude with an affirmation card draw and mini meditation.
