as a former dancer, Melissa has always been physically active. But in 2004, when she stepped on the mat, yoga began to fill her life. Intrigued by her newfound passion, she pursued certification through Kanyakumari Milwaukee, Strala New York and Laughing Lotus Nationwide. In 2010, Melissa opened YOGArithm Studios with the intent of providing a more comfortable and unique style of teaching in Kenosha, WI.
In Melissa's classes you can sense and feel the energy she brings to the practice. You should expect to be inspired, physically challenged and encouraged to be yourself!
Melissa is an E-RYT500 with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).

Angela discovered her love for yoga in 2004 after lower lumbar spinal surgery. Not only did her practice allow her to regain full mobility, she also found a new sense of peace. Naturally it made sense to merge her love for yoga with her existing career as a Spa/Wellness Educator. Angela obtained her RYT200 certification through the Aveda Institute of Beauty and Wellness facilitated by Shayne Broadwell Milwaukee, WI.
Angela's instruction will lend itself centering meditation and creative flowing movement while encouraging students to find intention, breath and their own expressions of each pose.

Liz is a certified 200 hour yoga teacher specializing in trauma-sensitive yoga. She fell in love with yoga first through personal practice then fell even deeper in love through teaching. Her niche is teaching, yin yoga, vinyasa to yin yoga as well as leading guided meditations. As a master’s student in counseling psychology at The Chicago School, she appreciates and highlights the relationship between yoga, meditation, and mental health.

After being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2012, with the advice of her neurologist, Angela stepped onto the yoga mat for the first time at YOGArithm Studios. Frustrated that she could no longer dance, she eventually found the peace that she felt while dancing on her yoga mat. While initially hoping to gain back some mobility, she discovered a whole lot more. She found mobility, a different mindset, and an immense sense of peace. She also met many amazing people along the way.
Angela obtained her RYT-200 certification, as well as her Social Emotional Learning Facilitator (SEL*F) certification through Breathe for Change. Angela also has a Masters of Science degree in psychology and is a middle school ELA and performing arts teacher.
