a blend of weight training and classic yoga postures—think bicep curls while in Warrior I, or weighted squats while in chair. Perfect for the yogi who wants to tone, strengthen and jam to some spirited music (songs will not be edited). Previous yoga experience is strongly recommended. **REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.**
