Grab a chair and join the challenge. This is not the PBS version of chair yoga! Difficulty will be balanced with ease. As always do what feels good and avoid what doesn't.
a blend of weight training and classic yoga postures—think bicep curls while in Warrior or weighted squats while in chair. Perfect for the yogi who wants to tone, and strengthen the body.
LOTS of movement and breath. A traditional vinyasa class.
A flexible practice where movement creates freedom. You will be encouraged to take it easy, and move one breath at a time. The class structure and the series of poses integrated is similar every time to facilitate comfort and growth. Relax, add challenge...the choice is yours!
a class filled with restorative postures which will leave you feeling relaxed from head to toe. Props are not required but a blanket is suggested.
a fun class where YOU pick the postures! Submit your requests and the poses you choose will be integrated into a dynamic flow. All entries must be received by 6pm on the Thursday before the Friday 9:15AM class.
a fun yet challenging class that integrates breathwork, movement/flow, CORE-strength and body awareness. This is a full body workout that will leave your core sore! Previous yoga experience is strongly recommended.
