Strala class designed by Strala NY. An easygoing and lighthearted style, which promotes growth through consistency. Each class is similar in nature and includes several challenges, although suitable for various levels. Experience is highly recommended.
Power Flow a challenging class designed to strengthen the entire body and willpower of the mind through movement and core work. Experience is a must!
